Post server run and shutdown not working with Discord webhook

I've been messing around with Discord webhook to notify when the game server starts, restarts and stops. I was able to get notifications for pre-starts and stops but not for post-starts and stops.

Here's what I've used to start the server, perhaps I've set the post messages up wrong?
