Moved some stuff around to isolate ComfyUI on the models dir.
We also dont need the /models to be pre-created, in that case.

This is to fix the ComfyUI docker container to use a separate directory
in the
modelsdir, and also allow downloading/compiling them using theexisting dl_checkpoints script.
Also:
--livemode on the download script to only download the live-video-to-video models--tensorrtmode only require those models to be downloaded as well, skipping a bunch of other models
