This uses differential:vulcanize and mquandalle:bower to load the packages unto the system itself.
Make sure to follow differential:vulcanize's instructions to load your packages using config.vulcanize and mquandalle:bower's instructions on configuring .bowerrc to load all Polymer packages in public/bower_components folder.
