Data Cleaning and Image format Conversion.

1. Read Data from CSV and write it to local mongoCollection.
2. Converts an Image from png to jpeg from the given source to destination directory

LatexToImage Conversion

1. Render given text(latex and normal text) and save as png.
2. Upload Rendered Image to MathPix API and read their response synchronously.
