The old Postgres add-on I was using and defaulting to is no longer maintained, which makes sense as Matt doesn't maintain TeslaMate anymore.
This PR removes the default configuration, which caused confusion in #22, and suggests using alexbelgium's add-on instead, but doesn't default to it.
New users will need to be explicit about their DB host now.
