Bump sentry-sdk from 1.45.0 to 2.0.1 (#2352)

Based on [the Changelog](https://github.com/getsentry/sentry-python/blob/master/CHANGELOG.md), it looks like Liberapay doesn't need any changes to be able to use this new major version of the Sentry SDK.
