LH Stinger - Release 1.0
Release Notes
This release marks seven months of updates since the Beta release and focuses on making this project feature complete for the V1.0 release of the LH Stinger 3D Printer, and ready for a wider audience.
History
The idea for this project emerged in June 2023 on the Annex Engineering Discord server, with the first prototype completed in August of the same year. Due to significant community interest, I decided to make the project open source and have been working full-time on it ever since. The interest in this project has been overwhelming, and without the support of everyone around the me I wouldn't have been able to keep up with the development. I cannot thank everyone enough for that!
New Features and Improvements

Breakbeat PCB and Wiring Harness: Introduced a passive breakout board and wiring harness designed to be mounted on the printer, operate within an enclosure and provide an easy wiring and disconnect system between the printer and the Ebox.

Documentation: The LH Stinger Wiki has been regularly updated and now includes assembly guides, videos and documentation required to build, tune, and run the printer.

Printed Parts: Multiple updates focused on printability, strength, and ease of assembly have been applied. The printer parts are organized as pre-made plates for Orca Slicer along with individual STL files.

User Mods: The User Mods section includes a wide range of options for this platform, such as an AWD X configuration, multiple toolheads supporting various hotends and extruders, and other quality-of-life enhancements. Special thanks to everyone who contributed!

Configuration: The LH Stinger includes a comprehensive configuration built around Klipper featuring slicer profiles, themes, macros, and all necessary components for minimal setup. Configuration support and documentation for kits is available, including support for Danger Klipper.

CAD: The CAD files are now easily accessible though an Online Viewer, making them easier to use throughout the build process.. A CAD Primer video tutorial series is available on the wiki.

This release marks seven months of updates and 246 commits since Beta 2, bringing the project close to a V1.0 release.

The assets provided here serve as a formal milestone for archival purposes. However, most development occurs live in the main branch, so I encourage you to use the most recent files from the GitHub repository.

Release Notes
This release marks four months of continuous updates since the initial beta release, bringing the project close to a release candidate.
New Features and Improvements
- Lightweight 200W Flex Polyimide Bed Heater: A new bed heater designed specifically for use with carbon fiber beds.
- Auxiliary Cooling Fan Modules: Based on 9733 blower fans, these modules offer two adjustable options for HF and UHF hotends, providing over 60+ CFM of airflow.
- Toolhead Support: Support for a variety of HF and UHF hotends and extruders, including TL Dragon Ace, Phaetus Rapido, Dragon HF Extended, Dragon UHF, NF-Crazy-Volcano, Orbiter 2, and Sherpa Mini.
- Upgraded X Toolhead Belt Attachment Module: This upgrade has resulted in a 3000 mm2/s rec. accel increase, pushing the X axis over 30000 mm2/s rec accel.
- Updated X Motor Mount: Now includes a double shear shaft support option.
- Part Revisions: Most parts have undergone revisions for increased stiffness, improved fitting tolerances, and easier part sourcing.
- Electronic Box Design: Revised to include screw-in hinges, with support for RPi and BTT Manta M8P.
- LH Stinger Accessories: A range of accessories specifically for the LH Stinger.
- CAD Revisions: Updated to reflect most components present in a real build.

Upcoming Developments
