Anaconda/Intel Greener ML Experiments - Benchmark version

This benchmark release is a snapshot release of the exact same version used for the experiments described in the "Greener Machine Learning Computing with Intel AI Acceleration" article by Anaconda & Intel.

The version of code, and data included is the same of the experiments.

Moreover, this version also includes a new load_datasets utility that is required to download all the necessary datasets.

This is currently part of a PR not yet merged into the official main branch.
