reduce height on draggable-top and only render it on macos #942

After some experimentation I found that this is a very simple fix. It leaves the design of lens the same (on macos) and almost completely removes any frustration with trying to highlight text.

The other possible solution is to use the default top bar from macos, but since I couldn't find any way to style it (dark for when Lens is in dark mode) I ended up deciding not to go down that path.
