#305

This commit specifically relicences the OpenBVEAts plugin under BSD-2, with a note that it is based upon original public domain code, with a link to his site on archive.org
This plugin is simple and self-contained, and is hopefully free from the Michelle response / lack of issues.

The other alternative here would be to add a public domain code header to all files, but I think with this one we've actually got sufficient justification for the relicence.

The OpenBVEATS plugin is code by Odaykufan / Jens Rügenhagen (it's actually a very minorly modified early version of OdaykufanATS)
A few bugs have been fixed, and code style tweaked, but otherwise largely untouched.

He made the original clear statement that this code is released into the public domain where possible on his original website ( bottom here: http://web.archive.org/web/20140225072517/http://odakyufan.zxq.net:80/odakyufanats/index.html )
In email communication, I also have the following message:

Of course, being released into the public domain, you can do with the
program whatever you want, including passing it off as your own or
passing you off as an official appointee selected by us to continue
our work, which you are not.
