In addition to the changes in that PR, I've retroactively changed all XSI schemas values to point to
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ldtteam/BlockUI/version/1.20.1/src/main/resources/assets/blockui/gui/block_ui.xsdso that all XML files now point to a valid XSD schema for BlockUI (similar to what is currently done in 1.21)
