In this PR I've implemented an E2E test dedicated for the new payment mechanism. Initially, the test starts a node, a consumer and two provider processes. Then, the consumer sends RPC requests to the provider that asks for reward using relay payment TXs in the background. Finally, we wait for a month+blocksToSave to pass (a lot shorter in the E2E test env) and verify that at least one provider's balance increased.
