Currently, chunkById() adds a redundant (wrong) condition to the where clause in the first loop:
id > 0
. The reason this condition is wrong is because it does not work if the type of key (id) is not a positive integer. A related issue exists in laravel-mongodb package. See mongodb/laravel-mongodb#1538.
