Export langchain google drive API to another projet

A while back, I proposed a PR to integrate a more advanced version of the Google Drive integration. Since this PR was very large, it was rejected. Eventually, we negotiated for it to exist in a separate module: langchain-googledrive, with a mention in the documentation for advanced use cases (See PR).

Now that you're splitting Langchain into multiple modules, it might be an opportunity to declare your Google Drive code as deprecated in favor of my implementation.

I understand that I don't work at Google. There is a project managed by Google: langchain-google. I proposed to Google to be an administrator of langchain-googledrive, without success.

What do you think of my proposal? I can verify and do what's necessary to align the APIs so that the migration is seamless.
