- added TPZShapeData to call TPZHCurlNoGrads functions - avoided dynamic allocation
- adds template for generating sections - adds VerifyShapeContinuity and VerifyDRhamCompatibility
- adds HDivConst tests - ensure that all tests are being run

This PR aims to fix a bug in the construction of HDiv Constant spaces with enriched internal functions when using hexahedra elements.
Also, two new tests were included in
TestHDivConstant, named: Connect Order Compatibility and Linear Dependence.
