Recordian was originally created for my father to help him keep track of the hours he worked each day after he went home. I discovered my father's need for an app like this after he expressed problems he was having with written logbooks. He wouldn't always remember to write down his hours, and occasionally, he would misplace his logbook entirely. I noticed that he frequently logged onto his computer after going home from work, and it was then that I knew I could help him find a better solution. I decided to build a personalized electronic logbook for him that would launch each time he started his computer.
Since the invention of Recordian, my father has been successful in routinely keeping track of details related to his work days, and because it's highly unlikely that he'll ever misplace his desktop computer, I can say with great confidence that he won't be losing his "logbook" anymore.
