application that tries to group together game data files from Valkyrie Crusade mobile app game
Compile from source or use an executable from the latest release. Use the 64bit version only if you have a 64bit operating system.
Run from the command line:
The program defaults to using the English language packs. To use a different language pack, use the -lang
flag and use the language part of the string file, i.e MsgSkillName_zhs.strb
use zhs
for MsgSkillName_en.strb
us en
for MsgSkillName_SOME_VALUE.strb
use SOME_VALUE
If you are just going to be updating Wiki information, or for your own use/curiosity, you would specify the command as: vc_file_grouper path/to/vc/data
For a list of all command line options, use the -help
flag.

vc_file_grouper_OSX
- If you want to specify the location of your data files you can run it like this:

I shouldn't have to tell you. It's basically the same as OSX anyway.
If you are running on a Raspberry PI, use the Linux-ARM builds for your platform. They should work for Raspian releases on Rapberry PI 3+
The program starts a web-service. You should see a URL print in your terminal/command promt that looks like http://localhost:8585/. Open this URL up in your favorite broswer (IE, Firefox, Chrome, etc). Once the application opens in your browser, you are set to go.
If you didn't specify a datafile location on the command line, or wish to change it, you can do so from within the web-application.
