[ko] Translate the glossary term "SIG" #35463

Resolves #35460

💭 if 분과회 represents Special Interest Group, what term would we use for a SIG subproject?

I just referenced the word 분과회 from an existing ko document, SIG Docs에 참여하기.

In Korean, 분과회 means meetings that are divided into some areas when each task needs to be discussed deeply.

So in this context, SIG subproject would just be 분과회 subproject, in my opinion.

But I also prefer to represent Special Interest Group as SIG, not 분과회.

@seokho-son @jihoon-seo may I ask you guys a comment, please?

  • "SIG" → "SIG" 또는 "SIG(special interest group)" 등으로 표현

Regarding localization for SIG, I prefer to use SIG(special interest group) in the glossary term title. (same title with English source)
As I know, many Korean are already aware of SIG and pronunciate it as 시그.
Like @sftim questioned, if we substitute SIG into 분과회, we can easily meet some difficulties in localizing other terms including SIG.

IMO, other Korean documents that include 분과회 can be enhanced,
but in case of (분과회) in SIG(분과회) seems an addition information and not substitution.

This is just my opinion. So, let me leave the decision to main assignee (@jihoon-seo) and the contributor (@bconfiden2)

I feel the same way, it would better to use SIG rather than 분과회.
So in this case SIG(분과회) -> SIG(special interest group) would be appropriate, but as it is already written in the title, I just use SIG in line 17.
