What would you like to be added:

Part #913

Ensure Kubernetes system packages are signed with a community-owned GPG keys for the next releases.

Why is this needed:

The Kubernetes project currently lacks enough contributors to adequately respond to all issues and PRs.

we currently investigate https://build.opensuse.org/ to build and sign the system packages.
