chore: Remove deprecated endpoint address metric

What this PR does / why we need it:
This metric was deprecated in 2022 in #1761 and now after almost 2.5 years, we should be able to remove it. (really should have removed it in 2.7 or 2.8)

How does this change affect the cardinality of KSM: (increases, decreases or does not change cardinality)
Reduces it by two timeseries per endpoint. It's easy to replace by counting the number of endpoint_address metrics exposed by endpoint.
