What this PR does / why we need it:
This PR suggests to specify the matchLabelKeys under topologySpreadConstratints, which ensures that pods of the same revision (replicaset) controlled by deployment will be evenly distributed between availability zones. Before that there were some corner cases due to running two replicasets in parallel during deployment rolling update, causing an uneven pods distribution.
