Release [may be ditching bazel](https://github.com/kubernetes/kubernetes/issues/88553); comment now. SIG-Cloud-Provder and Test-Infra are [working on overhauling our E2E tests](https://docs.google.com/document/d/17z9zaiezfthOHrhsLRMywg010NAk3AxxylGnDdS6Qqc/edit?ts=5e600fcf) so that they work across multiple cloud providers. Assistance and comments wanted.
