I think we have to use a version that contains 1.22 if that's what you're asking

(even if we don't strictly have to because the targets that this job is running might build everything in containers we should keep it in sync if feasible)

I did pick it from prior art. The new referred image includes go 1.22.0 and is the most recent one :-)
