v0.0.9 includes important fixes like #93. We want to backport it to v1.18 Kubernetes. However, Kubernetes v1.18 depends on klog/v1, while v0.0.9 apiserver-network-proxy depends on klog/v2, due to #100, and klog/v2 does not co-exist well with klog/v1. Thus, we made this release-0.0.9-with-klog-v1 branch, and this v0.0.9-klog-v1 tag, which included the important bug fixes, but also with #100 reverted.
