Allow adding ldflags during compilation.

We should be able to pass ldflags while running make. Right now we can not append any extra ldflags to the existing flags which are already in place in the "release-tools/build.make" file.
We are trying to create a binary with out debug info. This change will help us pass the "-s" flag while running make.
