Refactor code for apiserver alternative names. Modify structure in KubeOneCluster CR and rename variable and output in terraform modules.

Special notes for your reviewer:

Does this PR introduce a user-facing change?:

* Replaces `cluster.AlternativeNames` with `cluster.ApiEndpoint.AlternativeNames` in KubeOneCluster
* Replaces `additional_names` wtih `apiserver_alternative_names` in terraform modules
