Deleting the namespaces deletes ingress object which deletes the GCP resources associated with it like backends, instance groups, healthchecks, etc.

resources associated with it like backends, instance groups,
healthchecks, etc.
This PR should help with resource leaks in the kubeflow-ci project and quota issues
