v4.0.0 - React Native 0.69 is here!

After 2 point release and various releases from the libraries and packages we use in this template, I've finally released a new template version that includes the exciting RN 0.69(.2). React has also been upgraded to v18 along with all the bundled packages and libraries.

Huge thanks to @itsaladin for doing most of the work #15. 🎉
