• Run ruff --version asynchronously
• Run ruff --version only in the following three patterns
  • When the package list is updated
  • When you save changes in the configuration screen
  • At project initialization (if version is undetected)

To get *.log files or any other Qodana artifacts, run the action with upload-result option set to true,
so that the action will upload the files as the job artifacts:
