Some Dahua Intercom support multiple Call Buttons. Therefore a CallerID is introduced. Plus a new event (DahuaCallDeny) that resets the ring status.
New Dahua Event Type for Call Deny.

Found some errors after tested multiple times. Pls review now. Version of Amcrest plugin would need to be increased if this PR is accepted.
