Kolibre Vadelma is an embedded Linux digital talking book player for the Raspberry Pi-platform. It uses open source software, such as the Kolibre libraries, for reading DAISY books from offline sources and connecting to DAISY Online-services.
Kolibre Vadelma supports the established DAISY 2.02 and DAISY3 (beta support) standards and the required operations in the DAISY Online Delivery Protocol version 1.0.

Known issues v1.4
- Background noise from audio output, RaspberryPi B+ and later. Can be fixed by enabling the experimental audio driver as described here.
