The batched gemm tests are now split into their own unit-test. This should reduce both runtime and compile time when testing Kokkos Kernels.

@ndellingwood on my laptop batched gemm accounts for about 120 tests while the rest of bacthed dla is about 250 so this seems like a reasonable split. Additionally the batched gemm accounted for about 90% of the runtime so the test might need further work to reduce its computational intensity. |

No we really want to keep openmptarget as we will try again to build these tests when compiler and linker make progress.

@ndellingwood it seems that we have not been worried about this for our unit-tests in the past so if we want to add the copyright we should do it for the old one as well not just the new ones? |
@lucbv I hadn't realized that (only noticed the files when reviewing this PR). We can decide how to update as part of the new copyright updates (e.g. PR #1609 ) I suppose? |
