Remove the diagnostic message printed to stdout in Controls::getParameter when the requested parameter is not set.

@cwpearson can you motivate this removal, I like having warnings, I think it helps users understand what's going on in the library when they see unexpected behaviors. |

The implementation selection logic can be pretty opaque, so I don't think it's helpful to dump a message that effectively just means "somewhere in KK we checked the algorithm parameter and it was not set". Practically speaking we avoid this in most cases by just guarding all That being said I'm happy to leave it, but okay to switch it to stderr? Then someone can at least You and I had a brief discussion adjacent to this topic a few weeks ago about some way for KK to give the user feedback about what implementation it selected and why, but I don't think we decided on any particular strategy or even whether it was desirable, since you can use a profiler to see. |
