(Auto)-BRAT docker for assisted annotation of entities and relations

• Run docker-compose pull to pull the docker images.
• Run docker-compose up brat autobrat and navigate to http://localhost:8000/ehealthkd-2020.
• Click Start annotating.
• When the BRAT interface opens, on the top right corner, you must login using satr as both username and password.

NOTE: The first iteration, suggestions for entities and relations will take longer since the models must be trained.
