欲しい機能

管理者が設定したカスタムCSSを、ユーザーは各自で設定することで無効化できるようにしたい

必要性

Mastodon標準のCSSをそのまま使いたい人に有効
たまに管理者が大胆なカスタムCSSを記述することがあるため
言い方は悪いが、管理者がCSSやデザイン・アクセシビリティの素人でCSSを適当にいじった場合、ディスプレイを特定の設定にしないと文字が読みにくい、スマホや異なる画面サイズで表示が崩れるなどが発生しうる

管理者が大胆改変した場合、UXにもかかわるのに本家にないのが不思議
