Nothing happens when I press CTRL+C (Windows)

Please check if you receive a flashing red error icon in the title bar when trying to press CTRL+C while hovering over an item. If that's the case, the item is not available on poe.ninja or currently unsupported.

If you can see the icon flashing, please try the following:

• Start XenonTrade as administrator
• Allow XenonTrade in your antivirus program
• Close other tools that might interfere with detecting button presses (Such as PoE-TradeMacro)
• Make sure Path of Exile is focused while pressing CTRL+C

When trying to price check rare items, I'm receiving a Gateway Timeout error

This may be an issue on your end, but most of the time it's a communication issue with poeprices.info. Your best bet is to be patient and try again later.

Where can I find the log and config file?

• On Windows: %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\XenonTrade
• On Linux: ~/.config/XenonTrade

You can reset the program by deleting the XenonTrade folder. If you want to reset all settings to default, you can delete the config.json file.

XenonTrade isn't showing on top of Path of Exile (Linux)

This seems to be an issue that some users experience with Electron apps on Linux. You can try to execute the following command while Path of Exile is running to set Path of Exile below other windows:

wmctrl -v -F -r 'Path of Exile' -b add,below
