This PR updates
getting-started.mdto follow the changes introduced in #1165:setupcommand was changed:--from_remoteor--from_local--chainshould be specified if you intend to run the node in dev mode, because--devsets--chain=devimplicitlyruncommand was uplifted (its arguments apply to the node directly)
