expose biwfa and other memory modes #17

Low memory options such as bidirectional wfa are already implemented in the wfa2 library. This change exposes those settings, allowing python users to utilize these algorithms.

Note: This seems to be working out-of-the-box on my machine, but I definitely do not know the ins and outs of your package. Please let me know if there are other implications of exposing biwfa that I'm not aware of.
