SCycle 2.0.0

This release of SCycle contains the code necessary to perform simulations with grain size evolution following the wattmeter or a piezometer. Several simulation types are supported: steady-state iterative simulations, long timescale aseismic simulations, and viscoelastic cycle simulations. Grain size evolution can be fully coupled to the rheology of the off-fault material, or can be decoupled.
