This PR implements (*PrettyPrinter).SetOmitEmpty(enabled bool).

This feature was proposed but not implemented to avoid introducing new global configurations(Don't print struct fields with zero values by default #30 (comment)).
- This issue was resolved by introducing local instances(Allow own instances of pp #33). It's time to introduce features.
