Version 10.0.0 with Reorganized Source Code

The source code for this version is nearly the same as for VCCTL 9.5, but has been greatly rearranged and set up for out-of-source builds of the backend library and programs using Cmake.

This release still contains the Java source for the graphical user interface used in VCCTL 9, but there is no support for building the UI in this release and, in any event, the UI has not kept pace with the modifications of the backend source code. Nevertheless, a Windows installer for the VCCTL 9.5 software, including the UI and the compatible backend programs, is attached here for download, as is a user guide for that software.
