The inline PNG added in #643 breaks sphinx gettext (https://travis-ci.org/jupyter/docker-stacks/builds/564363808) and prevents English doc changes from synchronizing with transifex for translation.
Quick solution: I'm switching the icon to the default binder button SVG.
