While roseau doesn't support filtering or accepting some breaking changes, yet, it looks very promising as it's easier to use and more accurate than japicmp. This PR introduces
roseau
tasks for each project that (for now) only print the list of detected breaking changes. In the future, we might be able to replace japicmp if the two capabilities linked above are added.I hereby agree to the terms of the JUnit Contributor License Agreement.
