If open the TaskMenu and then leave the TaskPane, the TaskMenu remains open.

…f task pane visibility is false. Upon implementing this fix, it turns out that the UI state of the sidebar template does not honor the state of the template reducer, which is why the issue still persists in this template despite being fixed in others
