Check MySQL via HTTP for haproxy healthchecks

Installation instructions, git clone repo.
edit mhc.py, change IP address/hostname in file.

yum install MySQL-python, required for python to speak SQL

then copy .conf file to /etc/init, this will add it to upstart.

then issue:

start mysqlhealth

it will subsequently restart on reboot.

Then just hit http://<ip or host>:<port> to view results.
