Searchable Select for Ionic Vue

This is a search select component with a simple API for Ionic Vue apps built using ionic components to maintain a consistent look throughout your app.

Instructions for uses

1. Install with npm install ion-search-select
2. import component with import { IonSearchSelect } and register in components array
3. Include component in template with <ion-search-select></ion-search-select> with props 'v-model' for variable holding the selected value, 'field-name-prop' for name of field, and 'options-prop' for an array of options
