dhcp: run do_install_append for wandboard only #3

do_install_append references files that are only available for wandboard (because of SRC_URI_append_wandboard), so do_install_append should be specific to wandboard. This change fixes the following error: install: cannot stat `.../dhcp/4.3.0-r0/wandboard-dhcpd.conf': No such file or directory
