   edit_member.php (invoked for actions on the page)

   .gitignore - crucial for missing secure files

   footer.inc - end of every page, contains code to display session variables
                based on DebugLevel
   header.inc - start of every page, maintains session, remember user.

   mode.inc - contains secure info, passwords, emails (not in git)
   sess_funcs.inc - login session functions
   states.php - state abbrev. ?
