  • APIv3: Duplicatecheck has hard failure when rule_type is omitted (dev/core#3065: #22741)

    This change restores compatibility with certain webform_civicrm configurations.

  • APIv3: Relations with numerical names no longer resolved (dev/core#3063: #22751)

    This change restores compatibility with certain REST API consumers.
