Verified to work on x86_64 Windows machine, and x86_64 Linux machine.

Worth noting: i expect the library to work on any little endian machine, but it hasn't been tested to work on big endian machines.

Worth mentioning that I could not get this library to build on a Mac system even using GCC. It finds libquadmath but then fails at linking to some functions that are unrelated (or so I believe to be unrelated) to libquadmath.
